My background is in psychology. I started at an early age and spent roughly ten years working in the field. I am still passionate about the study, but I lost interest in it as a career. I spend much of my free time consuming psych literature and occasionally taking free online classes. It’s incredible to live in an age with virtually limitless educational resources at our fingertips.
I’m also an avid traveler. During my twenties, I spent many consecutive months traveling the world on my own. If you like to hear stories, I have lots to share.
Finally, I love animals. I don’t have any of my own, but I befriend them wherever I go. If you have pets, be prepared to introduce me to them.

I’m not a particularly good cook, but I excel at being fed. My guiltiest pleasures are popcorn, chocolate, and booze. Red wine when I want to be a lady, tequila when I want to be a little silly.

My mornings are dedicated to exercise. I’m usually out of the gym and ready to take appointments starting at noon. This isn’t a rigid schedule. If you’re only able to meet in the morning, I can accommodate. I go to sleep around 10. I’m willing to stay up later but can’t guarantee I won’t turn into a pumpkin.
I rarely take same-day appointments. The more notice you give me the more likely I am to be available. If someone shows a tendency to cancel, I will start to ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. I don’t give out my phone number but am very responsive to emails.
