My work weaves Tantric, Thai, Nuru, and European relaxation massage, Sexological Bodywork, breath practices, astrology, yoga, and meditation. Rooted in ethical care and presence, each session is designed to support nervous-system settling, nourishment, and reconnection—inviting you out of mental overdrive and into lived awareness.

Practices include:
Massage experiences, companionship, presence, movement, astrology consultations, breath practices for mind–soma integration, relational and life coaching, ritual and devotional practices, shadow integration, somatic regulation, meditation, and sound-based practices.

Based in Nevada City, CA—just an hour from Sacramento—I’m available to travel and happy to create custom arrangements to meet your needs.
